At LaCremeta we offer handcrafted cosmetic products that are produced in LaVernia, Texas; therefore, the terms of use are governed by applicable laws of the State of Texas and the USA. The terms of use apply to all users, customers or visitors of the website.By accessing this website you agree to accept these terms and conditions. LaCremeta is an artisan cosmetic company that manufactures handcrafted products “for cleansing, beautifying, promoting attractiveness, or altering the appearance without affecting the body's structure or functions” (www.fda.gov); none of the items produced by LaCremeta are medications or drugs; none of the items are “intended to treat or prevent disease, or affect the structure or functions of the human body” (www.fda.gov).

This website  is owned and operated by BlueBird Epoxy LLC DBA LaCremeta. The products offered on this website are for personal, non-commercial use. As a visitor, customer or user you agree to provide us with correct information when placing your order/purchase or registering an account. If we suspect that information is inaccurate or fraudulent we can suspend your account and cease your access to the website. 

The products offered on the website are handcrafted from natural ingredients; therefore,  variations in color, size and scent can be anticipated. Small particles/ pieces of blueberries or bee pollen or similar organic substance can be found in the final product to preserve the product’s natural feel and appearance. 

Net Weight of final product will be not less than stated on the label, weight can be more than listed but not less. Each item is weighted before it is shipped to the customer. 

Our business operates Monday-Friday, excluding holidays observed in the USA. If your shipment is urgent,  please contact support@lacremeta.com for specific shipping assistance. Typical order processing time 1-2 business days. Shipping speed will depend on the USPS processing time. Each order will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number through USPS. 

 A Return and Refund policy:

• Terms of return: 14 days
• State of return: new unopened item 
• Reason for return: damaged or wrong product

• Refund will be issued on original form of payment within 5-7 business days
